The room itself was sufficient, the bed very good. Super great balcony. The bathroom could have been a little bigger, a little narrow and only to be used by one person. At breakfast the warm food, woodpecker, fried eggs were...  

Very clean and modern rooms. The location is great and also the pool is great. We were there for the start of the season, so not everything was set up yet, but no problem, you could see that also all deck chairs and...

Double bed was too narrow and had very bad mattress. As soon as one moved slightly, the other was awake.

Staff was very friendly. The choice of food at the breakfast buffet was very large including champagne. Parking in the garage.

The Park Gritti is in an excellent position close to Lake Garda and only a short walk to the ferry, bars, restaurants and shops.

Only buffet meals available. One of the two reataurants was closed, which meant that the remaining restaurant was very busy.

Nice pool, good location.

We had two rooms, the first was renovated and nice but the other was smelly, old and miserable. Garage was dark and far for reception.

All of the rooms were smoking rooms with twin beds which was not clear from the website. The rooms were dark and stuffy and the whole hotel was in desperate need of modernisation.

I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from the beautiful Lungolago Bardolino, perfect for leisurely walks by the lake, and how I could easily reach Eremo dei Camaldolesi with fine views of the surrounding area. It genuinely made my weekend strolls so enjoyable and nice. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the lovely gardens and the peaceful atmosphere with a nice retreat after a day of exploring.

we liked best about the hotel the location room facilities the breakfast was ample bar prices were good in general we loved the hotel.

i think the waiting staff couled be a bit more happier .

Location, Location, Location, superb service, good food, fabulous swimming pool, loads of good restaurants close by, and tghe hotel does not rip you off with extortionate prices when you are there.

Comfortable room, ideal location, with efficient staff and a great selection of food at breakfast and an indoor pool that provided a nice escape from the weather.

The pool is still ok, nice town within walking distance from the hotel.

We have been in this hotel 10 years ago and it looks like nothing has been done to the facilities, the hotel needs renovation / face lift. Some of the staff did not pay any attention to the customers, reception was very nice and helpfyl though. There were lot of things available at breakfast but you did not know which of these you really could eat.
